My gut tells me that Lynch is not on our register anymore. There is a slight chance he is still with us especially since as far back when their was a possible transaction done with Early Morning Enterprises , and back when Lynch commenced with Sayona. They are of course NOT on the register now so you have to go back to some of the movements in the earlier Top 20 holdings. I have them all archived and am not going to rehash them quite yet.
Either way though. If he was still here and I don't see why he wouldn't have sold out at between 11.5 and 12.5 cents per share at the time of his final holdings notice , his profit on his holdings would be getting absolutely smashed at these current prices. Crawford too has taken an absolute ' Bath ' with his holdings. I also have a spreadsheet on file somewhere's where I had calculated his average price since inception.
But I do like the concept that Crawford's holdings are still very much in the balance and could be tipped into some sort of dual play with Piedmont.
So I agree that something is definitely up here though with the Corporate filing amendment announcement out this morning from Piedmont. I just hope that Sayona BOD is across the potential and its NOT just Piedmont entertaining the elements of my Thesis. Perhaps they've been offered in through the ' Backdoor ' if you like.......
Don't think they would sell NAL though. Because they know that whatever it cost them for the NAL ore and concentrate , its leverage as an input will always be equivalent to whatever notional value it is worth at the time. And especially from a Chemicals ' value add ' perspective.
Its true though that they haven't ever gone to bat for ordinary retail shareholders and begs the question as to whether they are in compliance with our own constitution and stipulated rules governing the ' Best Interest ' of shareholders.
We'ell see I guess. One day remaining until we get the ASX decision handed down as to remaining in the ASX200. Lets see how hot this is going to get. Right now though , I can agree its pretty boring to watch.
