Perhaps there isn't one and never was !

At this point if they haven't accumulated shares at 0.58 and thats the goal wouldn't they raise the offer at this point as the outlook seems better now then when they submitted?.
Or are they just holding up the SP and saving us all from being mauled until the ramp up is 100% under control and the grade and volume is constant over 6 dry months or so ?
