Agreed, Treed. This is a move in the right direction. It is all very well to go for low cost labour in a second world country, but high tech will win eventually. (No criticism of Thailand intended.) Look at Germany: its wages must be one of the highest in the world, but they are a manufacturing powerhouse based on automation and high tech.
