Whats your take on this statement?
Ardea and a consortium (Consortium) consisting of Sumitomo Metal Mining
(SMM) and Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) have reached agreement on the
Kalgoorlie Nickel Project - Goongarrie Hub Definitive Feasibility Study
(DFS) service provider scope and budget, subject to further discussion and
reaching agreement on binding Final Agreements.
They have agreed, but..... not really?
What Binding Final agreements?
The treatment of Consortium and Ardea service fees is the remaining item to settle
Seems Ardea has to pay some of the DFS costs?
Took a small position on this news as it de-risks marginally
