You're conflating issues. The Keybridge decision is separate to whether management are actively looking to refinance. I have no problem that management chose KBC, as the contract terms provided protection. I wasn't a fan of the options for the reasons you've outlined. That is all separate to whether or not management are communicating well or have gone about refinancing correctly. It's clear they're actively engaged in doing so and won't comment until it is resolved.
