Possibly, but also possibly working through options. Remember that the Keybridge timeline means nothing - the only rush to arrange the finance is an artificial construct that is being perpetuated in this forum (Boysy1)
I can imagine that the KBC options would be a sticking point, as logically any replacement finance would be on the same terms and you wouldn't want to issue options again without cancelling the KBC tranche. If I was management I'd be looking to get the KBC options cancelled and that probably needs to happen before a new deal is in place. Who knows if that's legally possible?
