Hey mate…I get that.. but that is simply voting on a provision to be in a position to issue up to 500M shares so they don’t have to go back for approvals again.
However, I don’t think it is right to imply there are 500M shares right now. So, when Empery invested, they invested money on today’s valuation and not taking into account potential future dilution. If that was the case every investor will be asking for an 80% discount on last traded price.
In that same breath, could we then argue CRML at $15 is now valued at $7.5B and so should instead be trading at $3?
