Every little bit helps. But many government grants are often Clayton's grants because of the strings attached. In many instances you are better off not committing to it. The last company I was invested in that got a similar grant later went into liquidation and shareholders lost everything while the insider(s) picked up the $m's and $m's of product development and all IP for nicks. The factory was never built. Hope it is not deja vu all over again.
