The announcement from the Qld government last week shows theres a much bigger slice of the pie to bite into once this first step is taken.
Given the politics i think there is no way RFX will struggle for funds or equity in QLD if that is all that is stopping them......'Batteries made in Qld' is supported by more than half a billion $$ of government funds.
Rfx just need to work methodically and tick all the boxes.
