Profit attributable to OBL shareholders = negative $34m
Profit attributable to Non controlling interests = $80m
What does it matter if Fair Value of the portfolio is $2.5bn, if it follows history, most of that value will go to NCI, while shareholders get stuck paying for the bloated employee and management expenses.
