Don't disagree with those thoughts, but 'what if", there is already an deal 99% done, and now results are in it gets signed off.
Hence no need for big publicity - why would you bother if you know you have the money ?
Just a thought. I know nothing more than the man on the street. But there is a whiff about this ........
