The “tide” has only just started to turn. Just wait until we see the momentum build as the increasing demand evaporates existing and planned supply through this cycle. IMO, we will not only get to the $30k/T+ prices used in the DFS, we will exceed them. Many industry pundits are talking about $40k/T being exceeded….and the fun hasn’t even started yet!
