Just read a report and sorry I can repost however it said and I quote “Nextdc said it could rent its entire S4 campus to a singular customer if it made sense from a strategic and returns perspective”. Sounds like there are some huge developments ahead regarding AI etc. Price is high but may look like chump change in 5 years time. Gltah
