While I'm very happy with our operation in the USA I can't say the same about our Aus Head Office. Last CR I had to email H/O as I hadn't received my entitlement doc. 3 days before the cut off. This time I received mine when I got home on Wed 29th [agenda states they were all mailed on 20th??? I am in NZ but,is it sent by canoe??. As it takes 24 hours to obtain a bank cheque this is leaving it way too tight.Gus, please kick posteriors of those concerned.
