Good point. DFS is not accurate. Things changed including LiOH price (spodumene doesn't count because of price floor and ceiling) and the extremely lower OPEX of hydroxide plant now that it will be built in Saudi Arabia. So we should get an improvement on IRR. Thanks for pointing this out! Hydroxide plant is incredibly important as other sources can feed into it. @Carbondriver can probably provide better update on progress, DRA Global is working on it in the background with the Saudis.
