the issue I have with the Phenox deal is they didn't tell us. it was important enough to announce the deal to the market but not important enough to tell us the deal fell through - the reasons are irrelevant
this board has disclosure issues. they hide the bad news and only tell us the good news
perfect example is the press release for the new lawsuit in Australia. it was titled 'Update to Legal Proceedings' and they hid the ENTIRE NEW LAWSUIT filed in a totally different country for an UNDISCLOSED amount in the 3rd paragraph of the press release.
in my opinion this is totally unacceptable. where's the accountability and disclosure to shareholders?????
