this is also the company that held a virtual AGM at 4pm on a Friday with clearly moderated questions. how can we hold them accountable for this sh*t show? they won't even front up????
no one cares if a non director isn't there anymore. this sh*t show is on the CEO and the chair and more broadly the board.
