will be pretty funny to see what the ppl that were concerned about why syr hadn't signed any offtakes etc will say now. what's important about this announcement is that its 1) binding offtake with actual volume and pricing terms (not just some MOU); 2) with a credible and significant existing AAM producer (not just someone hoping to break into the space). Syrah's Balama and Vidalia offtakes are with Tier 1 customers - ppl with actual proven capacity to either take or process volume, not just a pipedream. can't wait to see how many of the 7 other discussions turn into offtake agreements in the next few months
