At the risk of stating the obvious, one would think that a continuation of suspension means further details are to be finalised and the capital raise is more nuanced than a straight share sale. It's either a bad thing, i.e. nowhere near enough capital has been raised, or it means a variation on the type and condition of the capital being raised. We'd prefer it, but I also think it is more likely the latter. Oftentimes, events trigger and speed up the plans of third parties. We will have to wait and see!
