Karantzis and the Board knew they would be up for “security of costs”, it standard text book in litigation. He did precisely this in the Lakspur v Karantzis case.
Karantzis is a litigious guy, he’s been involved in plenty of disputes and is a lawyer himself. (Just not a Patent lawyer as he had in his Linkedin Ha )
Plus he had a bevy of lawyers from HWL Ebsworth advising. In addition Isignthis kept on submitting additional Statements of Claim, 4 in total.
It was a disingenuous Furphy legal strategy that did zero except line the pockets of the lawyers and waste shareholder’s funds.
