How many "game changer" weapons have just proven to be Western junk to be discarded to Ukraine at taxpayers expense so that new purchase orders can be written ?

HIMARS certainly have been a game changer . Those small FPV drones likewise . These weapons , well utilised , have been essential in keeping a much smaller , much much less weaponised and resourced country in the fight against supposedly the second best army of the world and keeping them to a small portion of Ukraine for two years now .
It's the russ weapons been found anting in Ukraine and caused a rash of deals being called off by countries who had intended to buy them .
But if you have some detail on western weapons performing badly am keen to hear it .......
