    Does anyone else think it is a bit weird that they need to raise $US50 million in order to access their $US105 million finance? When I first read about this yesterday I thought, "OK, the $US50 million comes out of the $US105 million and just needs to be held in reserve", but no, it turns out it needs to be raised separately.
