So you think its a new report?
If so, I suppose it could be anything, with an optimistic lens it could relate to trials. Its likely fair to say it has now been 'several weeks'. If notes and the like were being collated in December, March doesn't seem unreasonable for report to be delivered.
Hypothetically, if that's (presumably) been delivered to BIT as a report I gather its considered market sensitive and we'll see something in quick time.
If its retrospective its an interesting coincidence time wiae.
Wondering what other reasons there could be for the timing? Would it show if BIT had been referenced in another report?
What do you make of it? Good pick up imo
