After SGR announced the second inquiry which resulted in the spike of people shorting the stock (people who expect the SP to fall) ,
It is good to see the shorter are starting to close their shorts after SGR provided more clarity about why the second inquiry was occurring, WIth them closing their shorts, this means they no longer assume the SP will decline and they are now expecting the SP to remain flat or increase.
