Finally one somewhat fair point, but this is exactly why a convertible note is good for the converter, it gives flexibility contingent on a variety of possible outcomes. I.s. they can exercise at the pre award WWAP if they think it makes sense to do that. There's no interest payable so a shorter term is sort of better. If they're going to exercise post a big rise obviously they'd want to do so fairly quickly. 15 days gives them time to see if it's a 1 day flash in the pan or a sustained re-rate. Meeh.
