There is no doubt CNs suck, but again I'm surprised no one is focused on the tribunal advising an award timeline. I was getting concerned that it might take 6+ months. While some ICSID cases are closed out < 3 weeks, there is an equal amount that go past 6 months! On the whole I take this announcement as positive news. As others had said IDA as a comparison are up 100%, and still haven't received any money.
