MEI: 30 minutes at 4% solids
VTM: 4 hours at 25% solids
The tank sizes are comparable size for the same amount of clay being dropped into the tanks as MEI solids % is way lower.
Although MEI pH 4 is way better than pH 1, no doubt about that.
You are also correct on $/kg MREC. Actual paid $/kg MREC > basket price IMO
