This recent article from "The Korea Times” is very interesting.
It brings up the fact that a US-led multilateral meeting on the global critical minerals supply chain will be held in Toronto next week. What's intriguing is that it specifically points out graphite over all other critical minerals … 'Foreign Minister, Kang In-sun, will hold in-depth talks on the graphite supply chain – a key component in the production of electric vehicle batteries — to address the overdependence of its supply on certain countries, foreign ministry spokesperson Lim Soo-suk said in a briefing.'
There must be serious (and immediate) concerns in South Korea about supply if that is the case. See full article.
