i have heard the treasury sale is progressing well and there are numerous interested parties. I think its more HOW they sell it. Do they sell 3 buildings as one or split them. Dunno
Dont think they "owe" anything. They settled with multiplex and will commence a staged opening from august 24. The capital raising they did knocked of ALOT of their debt - won't know until their AR is out unless they release it prior.
