Yes cheers and agree, this took me along time to process as I always felt I didn't want to be out of the market in case a deal dropped or the price jumped higher and I'd miss out on potential wins. I did over 2years of holding, no trading and only topping up all while watching my capital disintegrate. The past few months I have been actively trading with a portion holding long term. Last 6 trades 4 winners, 1 loser, 1 bailed. Like muscle memory I need to retrain my brain to not be afraid to take profits
