Thanks for the info.
With respect to the MEI leach time, I thought I read (but can't find now) a comment about leaching happening within 5 minutes. I suppose what is needed is a curve of recovery over time. The times noted by VTM and MEI are just the length of time over which the tests were conducted, not time to optimum recovery.
