I was thinking why these announcements do not disclose what the ‘achievement’ was that unlocked these ‘performance’ shares.
Could it be that disclosure would only cause further outrage, among shareholders?
For those that may not be familiar, I would encourage you to look at the criteria for the STI’s as detailed in the previous year’s annual report (p.47).
I can only guess what the PBI and LTI’s look like.
Depressing, IMO.
