a few positive's from yesterdays report .


Earlier this year, we announced a strategic alliance with Ochre Management (Ochre) who
have acted as Corporate Advisers since their appointment and are actively assisting the
Company in seeking worthwhile investments for the Board to consider.

Ochre have assisted several junior resource companies in recent months by raising considerable funds for them and introducing them to value adding opportunities which, in
many cases, has seen the share price of these junior companies increase considerably and
underpinned by newly acquired assets and a renewed market interest in their activities. We are hopeful that Ochre will likewise help E-Com to achieve as good if not better results.


On 16 August, 2010 the Company announced that Ochre had introduced to it substantial and
strategically located minerals resource assets for acquisition and the Company was in the process of completing an internal due diligence with a view to seeking an option to acquire the assets.


It is likely that by the time you receive this letter the Company will be well advanced and close to completing an option transaction in respect to that resource projects.


We also expect to create strategic alliances with key
funders and key market players in the resources sector and to ready the Company to become a substantial stand-alone resources company focused in one of Australias richest minerals zones.
