Once they get into the higher grade ore the production costs per tonne will fall very sharply. These are the costs per tonne produced, not per tonne put through the mill. So, if the grade is three or four times higher and the seam much thicker, there will be less waste rock, and much more tin produced per ton of ore processed. If they get into 8 percent plus ore, the cost for that ore could look more like 2 or 3 thousand a ton. At these prices that would be $20k a ton gross profit.
