Yes, very hard to see who’s doing what in the BEOT.
You only have to look at SYA’s top 20 today and see that one billion shares have been cleverly distributed.
Spread around with numerous funds which are already top 5 and about 300 million don’t make it back into the top 20. Smelling like Vanguard and Blackrock but who really knows
