Something to consider:
1. Go to the clinicaltrials.gov web site.
2. Look at Neuren trials, and evidence of third party involvement.
3. Try Precision Medicines.
4. Check whether they might be linked to some of the companies you are speculating about - just Google precision medicines and Blackstone.
Anyway, the skullduggery with the share price, may be be linked to who knows what, but as many have speculated Neuren must be a 'big league' target.
If it has chosen to stay independent for now, it must have a credible plan B, which imho must involve a third party or parties.
