Bat boy, If you had been around last week you would know my motive ~ I am a mining Industry professional that seeks to maintain the integrity of my profession by questioning people who present questionable resources.

The FACT is that Mr Kinnes has to place a qualifying statement under the Competent Persons declaration, suggesting that he does not yet seem to have sufficient experience in Rare Earths to satisfy ASIC's / JORC requirements ? His expertise is Coal, which may go a long way to explaining why he estimates there are 2+ Billion tons in the Inferred category !!!
