GC, the questions from POHsters were forwarded in advance. One common gripe was the lack of communication with the shareholders.
So Harry and Esra got the hard numbers on communication ie:announcements :newsletters; shareholder updates etc.
Turns out POH statically rated number 3 on the whole ASX. That's is the numbers. Harry also explained why some of the wording in announcements is as it is. Which was also a common complaint.
It turns out the POH is both a Pharmaceutical Coy and a Cosmaceutical Coy. They go to great lengths to get the wording correct. Which means not invoking the wrath of the TGA or the FDA by making statements regarding cosmetics etc that stray into pharmacy turf. makes good sense when explained.
