Great observations. I had noticed the absence of fruit and sale stickers. Her mince made me laugh. That size mince would just do me, lol.
For breakfast on a Sunday we normally have bacon and eggs, etc.
This morning we had yoghurt with berries and banana.
We eat a lot of fruit; pawpaws, apples, oranges, grapes, bananas, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries.
Some bananas are left to ripe for cooking.
For lunch I normally have a salad and might add tuna or salmon.
Dinner is normally a salad with something, especially in summer.

Our favourite salads are greek and caesar. Really like to be creative with salad.

I have a lot of herbs growing so savings there.
Better get to the garden before the heat comes.
