    A JV partner involves the party funding all exploration activities on land KRM already has. For example RIO/BHP/TECK ( whoever the JV partner is) will give KRM $X amount per year to drill.

    So if the JV partner gives KRM $10 million PA to spend this would put KRM In a greater negative EV position
