    My guess is Theeagle15 is just a normal retail investor who has bought TOE and is down significantly on his investment

    Hence he's just trying to pump/ramp the company (hoping SP rises), so his portfolio looks better, or now wanting to get out at any possible profit

    No hidden agenda IMO
