I agree with your comparison to ResApp. Keating is a researcher and should have handed over to somebody with commercial experience as soon as regulatory approvals were granted. Choice of market and execution of roll-out were poor. Daffas on the other hand has chosen his clients carefully and stayed with them through each step of implementation. Of course this has proven slow and expensive. Implementation remains a key constraint over growth and profitability. I wish the company would offer us some information on their strategy to improve implementation.
