I think the problem with that theory is that the AZS joint bid is via a scheme of arrangement which will lead, if approved, to the bidders acquiring 100% of the shares. Therefore it cannot remain a listed company as there are tests for number of shareholders and others I think that will require it to be unlisted. In other words it will have been taken "private", as is Hancock Prospecting.
