This is the sentence that got Ava in trouble: "The agreement is material to Ava Risk Group" with emphasis being mine.
If they had just said that this is the first telecommunications deal and a potential entry into an adjacent market then I suspect there would have been no issue.....the underlying question is how can you claim this is material if you have no confirmed $$ amount, timing etc etc
