Very relieved. Really great news. We were going NOWHERE until this was resolved. Congrats to management. Now that we are back in total control of our IP, let's see if we are in fact going SOMEWHERE.
IMO, Ferro were probably advised that they would not succeed to any significant extent and were advised to quit and accept a 'token' settlement - I have witnessed a similar situation.
