@Megafauna, thanks for the link. Hopefully we will get coverage of these ideas on the local news channels soon. There are "noise cameras" on a downhill stretch of road near to where I live and they are there to catch Trucks using exhaust braking due to homes nearby" they do not catch cars revving excessively going up the hill though. Interesting times!
