There is no way in the world that you can characterise rare earths as being a bubble. The bubble has not even started, go out on to the street and ask someone what rare earths are i guarantee that the majority of people will have no idea what you are talking about. Further countries are just starting to realise the power that china has when it comes to these materials, this has forced a change in strategy up to the government level kicking off with Japan looking to secure supply.
Rare earths are only just starting to get into the main stream press, there is along way to inflate yet and potentially huge gains to make in this sector on a number of stocks. Dont write off the other stocks in the sector. there will be some plays that will ride the hype, but there are also others that have legitimate claims and potential for serious gains.
