That's easy Bottsy. lack of funds. Most of the product will be manufactured offshore im thinking. Im sure i read Local production is for small scale, design freeze development samples and R & D. Unless the Govt tip in an 8 figure grant for a massive manufacturing facility. Not beyond the realms of possibility.
