By reading between the lines it seems someone wants this to hit acceleration speed asap ! Imo this this announcement is the finished part of the puzzle . This announcement is almost as good as a signed agreement Imo . The agreement with Liebherr will imo be signed and agreed on once HX is at their facility! You know how the Pivac’s are with security. Can’t image HX in Liebherr facility without a full agreement signed to do with technology transfer which would be in line with a manufacturing agreement.
