From the outside, it seems Kevin Murphy is doing all the right things so it would be a shame to see him go. I think the board is first hoping to sell Sentenial and with PCSIL being wound up there wouldn't be much of a reason to have a CEO based in Europe/Ireland so they would be hoping to find someone in Oz (Brisbane based?) which is what the update last week indicated - which also explains why they keep extending him for shorter periods.
Looks like they haven't really had any solid/attractive binding offer for Sentenial but hopefully that changes soon.
